I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself.
I have been Breeding this wonderful breed for over 5 years now and have tried with each breeding to learn and improve
the breed to the best of my ability.
To that end I STRICTLY support and adhere to the following principles
1. None of the pups that you will find on these pages are inbreed or line breed!! This is strong belief that I hold
very dear!!
2. You will never get a puppy from me that has not first been thoroughly vet checked and is up to date on all of it's
shots.
3. I am not only trying to breed the best and most beautiful Shih Tzu, but am looking to add members to your family
and not merely a family pet. I breed for health, looks and intelligence and I am not happy with my pups if any of these things
are missing in them.
FAIR WARNING:
All of my Puppies are home raised and come to you pre-spoiled.
At luvmyshihtzupuppies I not only breed these wonderful dogs but I am "owned" by my very own fur babies. I understand
that the right dog with the right family is like nothing else in the world! Conversely, an incompatible placement can result
in the worst experience imaginable.
I pride myself on my honesty and integrity when dealing with prospective homes for my babies.
Health Guarantee
All puppies are guaranteed to be sound and healthy.
If the puppy is taken to your veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase and found not to be in good health, it may be returned
for a full refund, provided the puppy has not been injured or neglected within those 48 hours.
If puppy should die before reaching 12 months of age (1 year), and found by a vet to be a genetic flaw in the breed it
will be replaced with a puppy of equal value or 100% of your purchase price may be applied toward a puppy of greater value.
The dog will not be replaced if it should die from conditions resulting from:
* abuse,
* neglect,
* or accident.
Dog will not be replaced if it has been used for breeding.
You as owner are required to:
1. Give all immunizations.
2. The dog is to be checked for internal parasites every 3 months until one year of age.
3. The dog is to be put on heart worm preventative at six months of age.
4. If illness occurs, the dog is to receive immediate veterinarian care and all prescribed treatment is to be
followed.
Written proof will be required to verify all of the above.
I am to be notified within 48 hours of the death of dog.
An autopsy shall be performed to determine the exact cause of death. The results shall be sent in writing to the
my veterinarian.
I am not responsible for any veterinarian costs incurred by the dog.
